Where will the sales proceeds go to?

100% sales proceeds will go towards helping the Home Care service clients at Yong-en Care Centre. We appeal for your generous support.
What are the support provided to the seniors under Yong En's Home Care Services?

Many of the seniors who receives Yong-en’s Home Care service are living on their own, without dependents. Although most of them receives the maximum government subsidies, the co-payment for Home Care fees remains unaffordable for about 65% of Yong-en’s senior clients. Yong-en does not turn away any beneficiaries due to their inability to pay. They utilise charity dollars to ensure that the seniors remain supported. This group of senior beneficiaries are generally frail and require assistance with medication management and at risks of falls. Medication compliance, if compromised, could lead to medical complications, fall risk and increased rate of re-hospitalisation. You support will enable us to continue helping these seniors age in place. Yong-en's Home Care Service includes: Dressing of Wounds Change of and care of feeding tube, urinary catheter and other procedures Monitoring of blood pressure and blood glucose levels Medication packing and monitoring Being an Advocate- by updating and discussing with Doctors on client's needs and progress. How do I make the payment?

To ensure accountability, all payment will be made via giving.sg (which we will further advise you again via email after you place your order). As the minimum amount for donation on giving.sg is $10, please kindly note that we will require a minimum purchase amount of $10. Please also note that tax exemptions will not be provided for these sales.
When will my order be dispatched?

All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks upon verification of payment. You will receive a email notfication when your order is dispatched.
What are the delivery options available?

There are three delivery options available: 1) SmartPac (Tracked delivery) at $4 2) Basic Postage (Untracked delivery) at $2 *Please note that items sent via basic postage are not traceable. Hence, we will not be responsible for any lost packages sent via basic postage. 3) Self-Collection at Yong-En Active Hub (Bukit Merah) Address: 3779 Jalan Bukit Merah #01-03, Singapore 159462 Collection time: Mon to Fri (9am to 12pm, and 2pm to 530pm)
